Ok, I sorta blew it.
I ditched Mind/Body software and instead went with my old backup of Genbook.
But then working with the doctors, my stuff has to be on-point! So to comply with HIPPA practices, storage of client intake form and information must be HIPPA compliant. Genbook is not, but Mind/Body is. So while I’m not thrilled with Mind/Body customer service, the prices, etc., I am staying with Mind/Body scheduling software.
As for the presale deals, we ran out FAST, so if you are trying to hit the link in the newsletter and it’s “not active” it’s because the max packages were taken by others.
To be clear – if you purchased a package and scheduled an appointment, all the information has been transferred over to the Mind/Body software, so please ignore any duplicates.
