Enema How To
Enema Bag Sets for Colon Cleansing
Oftentimes people will come into my office in an almost emergency basis. When the bowel is impacted, you can expect a lot of putrefaction, dysbiosis, gas and sludgy or hard poop. Sometimes the first session is just to alleviate the suffering, but it by no means really does a good bowel cleanse that triggers the vagal nerve (which is almost always the goal!)
So, I’ve included some links above to get you started on tissue cleansing and bowel management. Try to incorporate any of these into your regime if you are experiencing fecal impaction.
Here are some additional tips:
- If you can’t find an enema bag, then just get a Massingil Douche or a Fleet Enema, always empty the contents, add warm water, add just a dash of good salt, and enema yourself right over the toilet if necessary.
- Try to use distilled or RO water, or boil it well and let it cool to distill the potential bacteria out of the water.
- Use a Colenz System at home and reduce your need to come in so often (even thou i LOVE to see you and catch up), it’s really the most practical way to enema at home. Now I have one, and it’s not my FAVORITE, because it’s bulky and I kinda feel like I”m crapping all over myself. Great for a saturday night, some music, candles, essential oils, add some implants to it and VOILA!
- Get an herbal bowel cleanser such as Magnesium or Vitamin C to bowel tolerance (take it until the bowels move)
