Spring is a classic time for detoxification. My whole thing about “cultivating detox” is about the idea that it’s not a one shot deal. It’s the cultivation of the idea of detoxing from the programming of food, dietary, trauma and stress. Cultivating the idea like a garden, weeding weeds, planting new ideas, starting to strategize about keeping your garden beautiful, functional and bountiful can easily be applied to the art of detoxification. (BTW, “alternative facts” around detoxification can be found in people who stay in the minds, and don’t even bother with the other bodies, or otherwise feel really empowered to have others make decisions for them).
I don’t really play in the worlds of science. It has its place, sure. It seems to be the RULING thought here on the planet. But that’s because a lot of money goes into making sure you believe what other sheeple believe, so that people who employ anything other than science based medicine are to be shamed and guilted for those decisions.
Because medicine isn’t really about saving lives.
It’s about making money.
Make no mistake, emergency medicine is freaking awesome! Surgeons are the real gods of repair. But as for health and science? No clue. Lots of money in mental masturbation to be sure.
I’ve been researching so many scientific articles for a book I’m writing on the connection between the gut and the brain, and the evidence from the medical establishment is actually quite dumbfounded by the intellectualism of how the gut is almost ALWAYS involved in these debilitating neurological diseases.
Constipation, innervation (where stress is kept inside the gut), low vagal tone, lack of fiber, lack of good bacteria and an overabundance of bad bacteria all create lesions within the bowel wall. Sure, they are creating all kinds of medical devices, because they make money.
