It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to sit down and blog.
My partner recently suffered mutiple seizures from a pharmaceutical detox that was to treat his anxiety and Parkinson’s disease. After being hospitalized for 3 weeks, he was finally sent home to rehabilitate. Which means I’ve been in caretaker mode.
Being the healer in my home means I am dedicated to using natural medicine, methodologies, and such for wellness. Of course, it all starts with what you consume. Consuming crap tends to bring on health symptoms that later turn into disease. When we are tired, stressed and traumatized, shopping, cooking and meal prepping for health seems to take a back seat.
I know, I’ve done it most of my life.
What is different is now I’m the observer, I’m no longer rigid, I’m more forgiving and I have the intuitive knowledge and skills to bring myself back into a state of health much faster than when I was younger.
For me, and most of the community of health conscious people, we always start with cleaning up the food, getting the kidneys filtering (drinking more water), alkalizing (greens), cleaning the bowels (enema/colonic), and start breathing and moving.
At any one time in my life, I did one of those, maybe two. Now I’m in a place where I can pull them all together and eliminate symptoms of pre-disease.
The next six months, I will be putting together a monthly cleanse protocol for beginners to advance on how to use food, nutrition, supplements that begins to systematically go through the body, organs, blood, lymph, kidneys, liver and begin to sweep and clean in a yearly maintenance mode. Making health a hobby would serve you well on your karma journey, trust me. 🙂 Can’t harness unlimited power in a cellularly sub-optimized body.
See you on the table…
