It all started when…

My dad had a severe stroke; for me, it was shocking to witness his demise, being an independent, strong man to someone who became incontinent. Doctors made it clear that his full recovery was highly unlikely as the stroke created too much damage to his brain. Seeing his nearly half paralyzed body in a wheelchair with lifeless eyes shocked me beyond words. It was then that I felt entirely out of control. Seeing my dad in such poor condition was the catalyst for the re-evaluation of my entire life.

“As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world - that is myth of the atomic age- but in being able to remake ourselves.” -Mahatma Ghandi

Something deep inside me knew that we as human beings have the power to regenerate our bodies if we choose, no matter how broken we may seem. It was time for me to clean up my own life.

At that time, I was 40 pounds overweight, lived with daily headaches, excruciating hip pain and my right arm would fall asleep whenever it pleased. Talk about a sh*tty existence. These symptoms however, were a breeze compared to the emotional pain I felt on a daily basis. Most days I was depressed, anxious, and frustrated yet in full denial of those emotions.

On my healing journey, I found my life saver, a book titled Detox for Women by Natalia Rose. I read that entire book in one night. The very next day I started juicing, following food combining principles and began getting colonics. After my first colonic, I felt exponentially better. After a few months of consistent cleansing, magic happened! My life was forever changed. I lost weight, the pain in my hip disappeared, my right arm began normal function and my emotional health improved My entire life was beautifully transformed. Who knew cleaning my colon would awaken a strong desire to clean up my entire life. It was then that I found my life’s purpose.

It was about that time that I became enthralled in learning how our emotions not only affect, but determine our physical health. After years of devoting my life to these principles, I’ve come to believe that when you take time to clean out, heal, understand, and learn to love your body, your life blossoms.

Now it’s your turn!

Certified Gravity Colon Hygienist

I was barely a year old...

suffering from stomach pain. Before I said my first words, doctors diagnosed me with “IBS” (Irritable bowel Syndrome), a seemingly broad and unclear term. IBS led to medication that only created more brutal side affects.

As I got older, I played detective, using many creative attempts solve my stomach issues with no outside help. Being a vegetarian my entire life, I realized diet wasn’t the only component contributing to the pain.

At the young age of 17, I began my training with an Iyengar based yoga teacher. From then on, I’ve held a keen interest in a holistic lifestyle. Through my efforts consisting of; movement, a clean vegan diet, a pristine lifestyle, therapy and colonics; I’m finally able to focus less on my own work and dedicate my time toward healing others to find their sense of vitality.

I’m grateful to have trained and worked under Woods Gravity Method therapists in Los Angeles, Nashville, and San Francisco.

In my spare time, I have a personal and executive coaching practice in which I help clients balance busy lives. I’m grateful to be a part of this beautiful community and contribute to your individual needs with care and kindness.
